WORKSHOP POLICIES

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Deposit and Final Payment:  A non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is generally due 100 days prior to departure (please refer to the individual itinerary).

Cancellation POLICY

The cancellation policy is as follows: A refund of the workshop fees minus the deposit will be granted if the cancellation is received in writing (or by email) more then 90 days before departure. Less than 90 days before departure no refunds are possible. I strongly recommend getting trip cancellation insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

We rely on your confirmed attendance to make important arrangements for the workshop. If you need to cancel, please inform SolePictures in writing via email no fewer than 90 days prior to the first day of your scheduled workshop for a refund of your tuition minus the deposit. Refunds cannot be made for cancellations initiated within 90 days of the first day of the scheduled workshop, or for no-shows, for any reason.

Workshop registration is NOT transferable.

In the extremely rare event that SolePictures has to cancel a workshop, we will refund your full tuition. However, we will not be responsible for non-refundable airline tickets, car rental charges, lodging reservations, or any other expense outside of the workshop tuition.

Lodging reservations are the responsibility of each participant.

SolePictures highly recommends travel insurance to help with any unforeseen travel events.

This policy guarantees that the workshop will take place even when unexpected cancellations occur.

Notification by phone or email is acceptable, but please follow up with written notice.

HEALTH

It is the responsibility of each tour member to inform the tour operator of any possible health problems or handicaps upon registration. By forwarding a signed reservation form and trip deposit, you certify that you do not knowingly have any physical or other conditions of disability that would create a risk for you or other trip participants. Once a trip has been confirmed, medical circumstances will not be considered as exceptions to our cancellation policy. We assume no responsibility for medical care or for special dietary requirements.

TRIP INSURANCE

To allow for any unexpected contingencies, all participants are strongly urged to purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance.
